Please note the following when purchasing and installing your a geyser:
All hot water system (geyser) installations must be done in accordance with all plumbing and electrical specifications.
Never remove any hot water system after installation. If faulty, please contact the branch that you purchased it from for prompt assistance.
- Please have the serial number available
- Please have the date of purchase and document number available
If the above steps are not adhered to, it may affect the validity of your warranty.
